Right lower abdominal pain is mainly seen in appendicitis or ureteral stones, pelvic inflammation or gastrointestinal spasm. If appendicitis, normal is periumbilical pain, accompanied by metastatic right lower abdominal pain, accompanied by fever and high white blood cell count. Appendix tenderness and rebound pain. If urinary stones, will show hematuria, frequent micturition, urgent urination, urinary pain, renal colic and other more serious conditions.
