What is a raised meat bag on the inside of your lips?

Small lumps on the inside of the lips are first thought to be oral ulcers or hematomas caused by accidental biting of the mucous membranes when teeth bite. They may also be mucocele, which is mainly caused by pathological blockages of the salivary glands on the inside of the lips and is usually not accompanied by pain.
