At least a few years follow-up after curettage of hydatidiform mole

After curettage for hydatidiform mole, follow-up is required for at least 2 years.

Regular follow-up is required after glucose curettage to monitor for recurrence and prognosis. Weekly follow-up is required after glucose curettage to check for abnormal human chorionic gonadotropin levels. If three consecutive times are normal, the time can be adjusted to monthly follow-up. After half a year of examination, the human chorionic gonadotropin level is still normal, and can be changed to be followed up every six months, generally lasting for 2 years, and then adjusted to be checked once a year.
