What is the early manifestation of baby brain hypoxia?

Mild cerebral hypoxia can cause excitement, active cuddling reflexes, hyperarousal, and shaking. Moderate cerebral hypoxia can cause drowsiness, seizures, apnea, and decreased muscle tone. Severe cerebral hypoxia can cause coma, extreme decreased muscle tone, loss of tendon reflexes, and unequal pupil size.
