Clinical manifestations of latent glomerulonephritis

Occult glomerulonephritis is a type of glomerulonephritis, also

known as asymptomatic glomerulonephritis. As the name suggests, it refers to glomerulonephritis without symptoms. Patients may only present with hematuria or proteinuria, most of which are caused by impaired glomerular filtration function and increased permeability, resulting in leakage of proteins and red blood cells into the urine. Usually, edema, hypertension, impaired renal function, etc. will not occur.
