Can syphilis antibody turn negative

Syphilis antibody is generally not negative, after infection with syphilis due to the role of the immune system, will automatically produce Treponema pallidum antibody once shown and produced may exist for life. Therefore, patients infected with syphilis, if after active treatment, syphilis titer may be negative. However, the titer turns negative does not mean that the antibody turns negative. Generally speaking, the titer turns negative can confirm that syphilis has basically been cured, but the standard of cure has nothing to do with whether the antibody is transferred.
