Can hand eczema heal itself?

Hand eczema is very difficult to self-heal, hand eczema is divided into acute eczema, subacute eczema and chronic eczema. The eczema of the hand is caused by allergies and irritants. The treatment plan for acute, subacute and chronic eczema is different. If the subacute eczema with local skin shows erythema and papules, you can choose hydrocortisone butyrate cream or desonide ointment for external use.
