Postpartum urinary incontinence is the manifestation of pelvic floor muscle relaxation. In the third trimester of pregnancy, fetal compression of pelvic floor will cause traction to fascia, ligaments and muscles of pelvic floor. Muscle traction is more intense during natural childbirth. Therefore, pelvic floor muscle relaxation will occur after childbirth. There will be vaginal blowing, urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor muscle relaxation manifestations during normal labor. Cesarean section injury is small and generally there will be no obvious symptoms.
