How to diagnose autoimmune cirrhosis

Building a healthier future, together.
In clinical practice, autoimmune cirrhosis can be diagnosed by previous medical history, liver imaging examination and liver histological examination of the examinee.
1. Previous medical history
If the examinee has a history of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus, and symptoms of liver discomfort occur, it can be used as a diagnostic basis.
2. Liver imaging examination
If liver color Doppler ultrasound examination indicates uneven echo distribution in the liver, thickening, nodular, corrugated, serrated changes, etc., it can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic basis for autoimmune cirrhosis.
3. Liver histological examination
If lymph plasma cell infiltration, lobular central necrosis, liver cell diffuse degeneration necrosis, etc. are indicated in liver histological examination, autoimmune cirrhosis can be diagnosed.
