Neonatal urinary tract infection is caused by what causes

Committed to your health journey.
Urinary tract infection is mainly caused by pathogen infection. Common causes include low immunity, bladder-ureter reflux, urinary tract obstruction, etc.
1. Low immunity of
newborns, compared with adults, is more likely to be infected with pathogens, which can cause urinary tract infection.
2. Bladder-ureter reflux
If the mucosal structure of the inner wall of the newborn ureter and the opening of the bladder is abnormal, urine can flow from the bladder to the ureter, leading to local reproduction of pathogens, resulting in urinary tract infection.
3. Urinary tract obstruction
If there are stones or tumors in the neonatal urinary system, urine may not flow normally, and pathogens in the urethra cannot be washed away in time, so it can cause urinary tract infection.
