Cervical disc herniation surgery

Your health, my unwavering commitment.
If
the patient has only a simple cervical disc herniation without spinal stenosis, anterior approach surgery should be performed. This type of surgery is less invasive and bleeding, so it is not a major surgery. If the patient has spinal stenosis and nerve compression in addition to cervical disc herniation, posterior approach surgery and posterior-anterior combined approach surgery are required for treatment. This type of surgery causes greater damage to the patient than anterior approach surgery, and the risk is relatively high, so it belongs to major surgery.
Patients with cervical disc herniation should pay attention to correcting bad standing posture or sitting posture daily, and exercise appropriately to help relax shoulder and neck muscles.
