Pain next to the big toe nail

Pain next to the big toe nail, which is likely to be ingrown nail or onychia. Ingrown nail is mainly due to the position of the nail groove, abnormal nail growth, resulting in an inflammatory reaction, showing pain. It normally occurs and is not properly squeezed by shoes. Nail trauma, mechanical friction are easy to cause onychia, serious will show obvious swelling, exudation, and even granuloma proliferation. For paronychia with mild symptoms, boric acid solution or benzalkonium chloride solution can be used for wet dressing of the wound. If swelling is serious and pus is more, it is recommended to perform local nail pulling.
