How does dandruff form?

Dandruff is mainly a product of metabolism of epidermal cells in the human head. After proliferation and division of epidermal cells, the epidermal cells gradually move to the upper layer. Slowly, the epidermal cells will dry and die, and eventually become scaly or flaky and automatically fall off. When the scalp is very healthy, the fallen cells are powder that is difficult to detect, and dandruff cannot be seen. However, when the scalp shows problems, such as psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, the epidermal layer can not be well mature, so it will be large pieces of peeling, this is the so-called dandruff.
