If the diameter of the nodule is less than 6 mm, there is basically no big problem and it is unlikely to be a malignant nodule. This situation can be left untreated and can be reviewed regularly. If there is a ground-glass lesion or a nodule larger than 8 mm, it may be a malignant lesion, requiring timely surgical resection and pathological examination.
