Mitral valve regurgitation is rheumatic heart disease?

Mitral regurgitation is not necessarily caused by rheumatic heart valve disease, congenital heart disease may also cause mild mitral regurgitation. If a detailed diagnosis is required, the patient still needs to go to the hospital for rheumatic factor, ECG, B ultrasound and other examinations to confirm the diagnosis.
