Is cardiac eminence a cancer?

Cardia bulge lesions may be caused by cancer, but may also be related to other causes.

When cancer occurs in the cardia, due to abnormal proliferation of cardia mucosa epithelium, patients will find local bulge lesions during endoscopy. However, if polyps, benign stromal tumors and other diseases occur in the cardia, they will also appear as bulge lesions under endoscopy. Therefore, it is not possible to directly determine whether cancer is diagnosed based solely on cardiac bulge lesions. Patients should be diagnosed by CT, PET-CT and pathological biopsy when necessary.

once cancer is diagnosed, it is recommended to conduct standardized treatment as soon as possible to prevent poor prognosis after cancer cell proliferation.
