The diagnosis of uric acid nephropathy can be made by doctors according to the clinical manifestations and uric acid content detection. Generally, after hyperuricemia is determined, it is very important to judge whether uric acid is produced excessively.
1. The patient has a history of gout lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma and other malignant tumors, or a history of chemotherapy.
2. The symptoms such as dysuria or oliguria and urine pain edema occur.
3. Urine examination: Urine pH value 420μmol/L, female>386.8μmol/L, can be diagnosed as hyperuricemia.
5. Renal tubular function examination: Renal tubular concentration function reduction can provide evidence for early diagnosis of this disease.
6. B ultrasound: Renal calculi and morphological changes of renal cortical medulla can be found.
7. X-ray abdominal plain film examination: It can provide evidence for the diagnosis of uric acid calculi nephropathy.
