Renal parenchyma hypoechoic may be caused by renal tumor, renal column hypertrophy, renal abscess, etc.
1. Renal tumor: renal parenchyma hypoechoic may be renal tumor, such as renal cell carcinoma, nephroblastoma, renal pelvis tumor, or hamartoma. Hypoechoic masses in renal parenchyma may be renal carcinoma, renal carcinoma is mostly round or oval, showing uniform hypoechoic.
