Yin deficiency and fire excess syndrome: Many due to long-term mental stress, overwork, fever and yin injury, resulting in liver and kidney yin deficiency, deficiency fire disturbance. Patients often manifested as low fever, night sweats, five upset fever, dry mouth and throat, palpitations, insomnia, dreaminess, weight loss, fatigue, etc. 4. Qi and Yin deficiency: due to the long course of disease, damage to healthy qi, or due to improper treatment, consumption of qi and yin. Patients often manifested as fatigue, spontaneous sweating, night sweats, palpitations, insomnia, dreaminess, emaciation, hand trembling, irritability, dry eyes, dry mouth and so on. It should be noted that TCM syndrome differentiation needs to be comprehensively judged according to the patient's specific symptoms, signs, tongue coating, pulse, etc. Therefore, when treating hyperthyroidism, syndrome differentiation and treatment should be carried out under the guidance of professional doctors to obtain better therapeutic effect.
