Arm pain may be cancer?

Committed to your recovery.
Arm pain is caused by many reasons, not necessarily cancer or most may be benign lesions, such as cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis may cause arm pain. If there is muscle strain or trauma in the arm itself, it may also cause arm pain. If cancer, unless it shows bone metastasis, it may cause arm pain. Generally, arm pain will not show up, such as lung cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, etc., and there is no exact relationship between arm pain. Some lung cancers, if large, may cause pain in the shoulders, chest wall, and back. It is related to tumor invasion of the pleura, but generally does not cause arm pain. Therefore, it is also necessary to go to the orthopedics department and the rehabilitation department for detailed examination to understand the cause of arm pain. Of course, it is best to do a full-body bone scan or an MRI of the arm to understand whether there is any possibility of tumor lesions such as bone destruction.
