The early symptoms of choriocarcinoma are less typical. Generally, it presents with irregular vaginal bleeding, especially after hydatidiform mole, miscarriage, or pregnancy. Because of the elevated HCG levels that occur at the time of choriocarcinoma, there are symptoms of pseudopregnancy, including nausea and vomiting. Therefore, women with a history of hydatidiform mole should pay special attention to, sometimes after normal menstruation shows irregular vaginal bleeding, also some show irregular vaginal bleeding after amenorrhea, accompanied by some symptoms of pseudopregnancy, to be highly alert to the occurrence of chorioepithelial carcinoma.
