Paraneoplastic syndrome refers to clinical abnormalities that are not present or invasive, but are associated with the tumor. The most common paraneoplastic syndrome of all cancers is lung cancer, which can be manifested in some patients before the onset of the tumor. The main manifestation is endocrine metabolism disorder.
