I want to ask; what does fetal position LOT mean?

Fetal position is the posture and position in the uterus. The normal fetal position is fetal head bent down, occipital in front, and the head first protrudes into the pelvis during labor. Normal fetal position should be occipital left anterior and occipital right anterior. The fetal LOT is left occipital transverse position, not normal fetal position. This is related to many factors.
