For hypercortisolism, it is recommended that we can do 17-hydroxy, 17-ketone determination, plasma free cortisol determination, plasma acth determination, urine free cortisol determination, high-dose dexamethasone test, low-dose dexamethasone test, etc. For primary hyperaldosteronism, blood should be drawn to check whether aldosterone is increased, potassium is normal, blood sodium is normal, renin angiotensin activity is reduced.
