What does advanced cancer fever indicate?

Cancer fever in late stages is cancerous fever, infectious fever caused by bacterial or viral infection, or both. Cancer fever may be related to the following factors: first, rapid growth of malignant tumors, relative ischemia, hypoxia, and necrosis of tissues. This necrotic material is absorbed by the body and may exhibit elevated body temperature. Second, due to the massive destruction of tumor cells caused by treatment, and the killed tumor cells release excessive tumor necrosis factor, it can also cause fever in the body, or the malignant tumor cells themselves produce some endogenous heat sources, such as inflammatory reaction caused by leukocyte infiltration in the tumor, fever caused by immune reaction caused by release of antigen substances in malignant tumor cells.
