Cancer fever is good or bad

At present, it is believed that cancer fever is related to the following factors: first, malignant tumor grows rapidly, tissue is relatively hypoxic, ischemia and fever; second, tumor cells are destroyed in large quantities due to treatment, releasing tumor necrosis factor, causing fever; third, malignant tumor cells themselves may produce endogenous heat, such as inflammatory reaction caused by leukocyte infiltration in tumor; malignant tumor cells release antigen substances, causing immune reaction and fever. Fourth, tumor cells can secrete some active substances that can cause fever. Fifth, in tumor treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, interferon, tumor necrosis factor, etc. can also cause fever. Therefore, a cancer fever should be comprehensively judged, some are good, some are bad.
