Well-differentiated adenocarcinoma refers to malignant transformation of glandular epithelium, resulting in malignant tumor. Due to high differentiation degree, often low malignant degree, prognosis is better. Therefore, relevant imaging examination is needed to evaluate the size of the lesion and the relationship between the surrounding, evaluate whether there is lymph node metastasis and distant organ metastasis, and guide the selection of treatment plan. Well-differentiated adenocarcinoma belongs to a common pathological type in clinic. Targeted therapy adopted in recent years can achieve good curative effect for some patients, but it needs to be tested to determine whether it is sensitive to targeted therapy.
