Does cancer metastasize easily?

Moderately differentiated carcinomas are relatively less likely to metastasize, but should be detected early and treated early. once patients show longer-term delayed treatment, they may show local invasion and distant metastasis. Malignant tumor is a common disease in clinical practice.
