Lung mediastinal tumor

Mediastinal tumors include benign tumors and malignant tumors. Mediastinal tumors are also divided into primary mediastinal tumors and metastatic mediastinal tumors. Primary mediastinal tumors are mostly thymoma. Thymoma is also divided into benign thymoma and malignant thymoma. Malignant thymoma requires surgical treatment. Secondary mediastinal tumors are more common in secondary lung cancer or other parts of the tumor metastasis to the mediastinum, normal clinical manifestations are dry cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, such as invasion of recurrent laryngeal nerve can still show hoarseness, diaphragmatic paralysis, upper limb paralysis, upper limb swelling, etc.
