Does secondary tuberculosis heal itself?

Secondary pulmonary tuberculosis mainly spreads through trachea, and the lesion site is mostly in the posterior segment of upper lobe tip. Whether secondary pulmonary tuberculosis can self-heal depends on the patient's immunity. If the symptoms are mild, it can generally self-heal. Severe patients need to pass standardized anti-tuberculosis treatment to recover. Patients currently need active anti-inflammatory and anti-infective treatment. The commonly used drugs in clinic are isoniazid, rifampicin, etc., which need to be selected according to the condition.
