Granuloma is cancer?

Healing hearts, healing lives.
Granuloma is not cancer. Granuloma is a pathological term. It is a nodular lesion formed after the body has been damaged by inflammation, trauma, or other factors. Granuloma nodules and cancer nodules differ in: First, the cellular components are different. Granuloma nodules are mainly composed of macrophages, epithelial cells, fibroblasts, etc., and cells related to inflammation and damage repair. These cells are normal tissue cells; Cancer nodules contain a large number of abnormal cancer cells. Second, the characteristics of nodules are different. Cancer nodules can grow rapidly and metastasize far away, and the boundary between surrounding tissues is not clear; Granuloma and surrounding tissues are clearly demarcated, will not grow or grow very slowly, generally only located in inflammation or trauma sites, absolutely will not metastasize far away. Third, the patient's feelings are different. Granuloma will not cause any symptoms of the patient, at most will only cause a slight itchy feeling; Although cancer nodules do not cause any symptoms in the early stage, they can cause severe symptoms such as obvious pain, rupture and bleeding when they develop to a certain point.
