Sperm can be divided into four grades according to their motor ability. Grade d to grade a correspond to no movement, static movement, slow movement and linear movement respectively. When the number of grade a sperm exceeds 25%, or the sum of grade a and grade b sperm exceeds 50%, it is considered normal.
