What to eat to prevent breast hyperplasia

Empathy in care, excellence in medicine.
Mammary gland hyperplasia refers to hyperplasia of mammary glands. There is no food that can prevent hyperplasia of mammary glands, but it can be prevented by eating appropriate amounts of fruits and vegetables, controlling fat intake, reducing exogenous estrogen intake and other methods.
1. Eating appropriate amounts of fruits and vegetables,
carrots, blueberries, strawberries and other vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins, which help to resist free radical damage, help maintain health, and usually do not stimulate breast tissue.
2. Controlling fat intake
High fat diet may lead to weight gain and hormone level disorders, thus increasing the risk of hyperplasia of mammary glands. It is recommended to limit intake of saturated fatty acids and trans fats, and increase intake of low fat foods.
3. Reducing exogenous estrogen intake
Breast tissue is sensitive to estrogen, so it is necessary to limit exogenous estrogen intake, so as not to promote hyperplasia of mammary glands.
