How is anal abscess treated?

Perianal abscess treatment includes:

1. non-surgical treatment, including the application of antibiotics to Gram-negative bacilli effective antibiotics, but also warm bath, local physical therapy and oral laxatives or liquid paraffin to reduce the pain of defecation.

2. surgical treatment, incision and drainage is the main method of treatment of perianal abscess, once the diagnosis is clear, incision and drainage should be performed.
