Steamed egg custard for a few minutes

Your well-being is my top priority.
Steaming egg custard takes 8-15 minutes.
The number of eggs, the size of the steaming container, the heat of the steamer, etc. will affect the time of steaming eggs. Generally speaking, it takes 8-10 minutes to steam one egg custard, and multiple egg custard may take longer.
If the steaming time is too short, the egg custard may not be completely solidified, there is still liquid in the middle, and the taste will be relatively soft.
If the steaming time is too long, the egg custard will become too dry, the taste will be hard, and the tender and smooth taste will be lost. At
this time, you can gently shake the steaming bowl. If the egg custard has solidified and there is no liquid shaking, it means that it has been steamed. You can also use toothpicks or chopsticks to stick it in the middle of the egg custard. If there is no attachment on the toothpicks or chopsticks, it means that the egg custard has been cooked.
