How to treat duodenal ulcer?

Eradication of Helicobacter pylori, regardless of peptic ulcer activity or not, patients with Helicobacter pylori positive should eradicate Helicobacter pylori, and it is generally recommended to use quadruple therapy containing bismuth; 3. Mucosal protective agents, including bismuth agents, weakly alkaline antacids, such as aluminum magnesium carbonate, aluminum phosphate, aluminum hydroxide gel, etc., these drugs can neutralize gastric acid and relieve pain. 2. Appropriate rest in the acute phase, reduce stress, improve eating patterns, quit smoking and alcohol, and drink less strong tea, coffee, etc., stop taking unnecessary non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3. Endoscopic treatment. In the case of ulcer disease complicated with bleeding, endoscopic hemostatic treatment is selected.
