What kind of stomach disease does Lizhu Dele cure?

Lizhu Dele belongs to a bismuth agent, which is a commonly used drug for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori. There are mainly three categories of drugs for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori: antibiotics, including clarithromycin, amoxicillin, ornidazole, tinidazole, metronidazole, quinolone antibiotics, furazolidone, tetracycline, etc. All of these drugs alone are not effective in eradicating H. pylori because antibiotics do not work well in acidic environments and are better when combined with PPIs to suppress stomach acid. The usual treatment regimen is 1 PPI+2 antibiotics or 1 bismuth +2 antibiotics for 7 to 14 days. The choice of antibiotics varies according to drug sensitivity and should therefore depend on local resistance.
