Building a healthier future together.
If gastroscopy indicates chronic mild atrophic gastritis, accompanied by mild intestinal metaplasia, usually combined with Helicobacter pylori infection, it is recommended to perform carbon 14 and carbon 13 breath test. If Helicobacter pylori infection test is positive, anti-Helicobacter pylori infection treatment is given. The standard anti-Helicobacter pylori infection is currently selected for quadruple therapy. Generally, a bismuth agent +1 ppi +2 antibiotics combination is recommended. The antibacterial drug combination scheme generally includes: amoxicillin + clarithromycin; amoxicillin + levofloxacin; amoxicillin + furazolidone; tetracycline + metronidazole or furazolidone, treatment course of 10 or 14 days, gastroscopy reexamination after treatment.
