What's with the high total prostate specific antigen?

Total prostate specific antigen is generally used to detect whether a patient has prostate cancer. An increase in this index after examination indicates a higher risk of the disease. However, due to various urinary system diseases such as prostatitis and prostatic hypertrophy, this index can not be judged by one index alone.
