How to determine whether it is trichiasis

Trichiasis refers to the reverse growth of eyelashes, which will cause obvious discomfort in the eyes, such as redness, tears, photophobia, etc.; secondly, check whether the eyelids appear ectropion. If there is no ectropion, but the eyelashes can contact the eyeball, it can be judged as trichiasis.
