What is drinking water heartburn?

Heartburn caused by drinking water may be caused by unreasonable diet, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastritis and other reasons.
1. Irrational diet
If excessive intake of irritating foods or beverages in the diet, it will lead to esophageal mucosal damage and excessive acid secretion, resulting in heartburn symptoms after drinking water.
2. Gastroesophageal reflux disease
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common digestive system disease. Due to reflux of stomach contents into the esophagus, stimulation of esophageal mucosa will cause heartburn, belching, chest pain and other symptoms.
