Black stool may be related to unreasonable diet, taking drugs, gastrointestinal bleeding and other reasons.
1. Unreasonable diet
If excessive intake of black food such as dark chocolate, black sesame, black beans, etc., may lead to black food residues, and then lead to black stool.
2. Taking drugs
