Excessive sperm may be caused by testicular hyperfunction, excessive secretion of accessory gonads, sperm maturation disorders, varicocele or other reasons, which may affect sperm quality and pregnancy, so timely medical treatment is required. Excessive sperm may be caused by a variety of reasons. The following are some possible causes: 1. Testicular hyperfunction: Testes are the place where sperm is produced. If testicular hyperfunction occurs, it will lead to excessive sperm production. 2. Varicocele: Varicocele refers to the obstruction of venous return in the spermatic cord, resulting in dilatation and tortuosity of the spermatic vein. Varicocele can lead to local temperature rise of testis, affect sperm production and maturation, so that too many sperm. 5. Other reasons: some drugs, endocrine diseases, genetic factors may also lead to too many sperm.
