What are the symptoms of dry socket after tooth extraction?

Dry socket after tooth extraction is caused by bone infection caused by oral bacteria after extraction of wisdom teeth in mandible. Patients may present with wound pain, which will radiate to ear temporal region and lower jaw region. There will also be affected swelling, low fever, lymph node enlargement, etc.
