Myelofibrosis can be divided into primary myelofibrosis and secondary myelofibrosis according to the etiology. Different types of etiology are also different.
1. Primary myelofibrosis The
etiology of primary myelofibrosis has not been determined. In general, it is related to gene mutation. Gene mutation can lead to abnormal cloning of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells, resulting in reactive proliferation of fibroblasts.
2. Secondary myelofibrosis
Secondary myelofibrosis can be secondary to a variety of diseases, such as multiple myeloma, systemic lupus erythematosus, vitamin D deficiency, acute lymphocytic leukemia, acute myelocytic leukemia, etc. Exposure to chemical solvents, ionizing radiation and other reasons can also cause secondary myelofibrosis.
