Symptoms of severe pancreatitis

Pancreatitis is a disease caused by the digestion of pancreatic proteases. When the patient is severe pancreatitis, not only does it cause severe pain, but also jaundice, diarrhea, and dehydration. Severe pancreatitis can lead to death and therefore requires prompt treatment.
