Bleeding from a stray cat bite is a serious condition. First, rinse the wound with running water and squeeze out the contaminated blood with your hands. Second, wash the wound with soapy water and disinfect it with alcohol or iodophor. Third, go to the local CDC for rabies vaccination to effectively isolate infection.
