How does leukaemia cause

Restoring balance, one patient at a time.
Leukemia is caused by biological factors, physical factors and genetic factors in most cases.
1. Biological factors: If the patient is infected by virus and abnormal immune function exists, human T lymphocyte virus can be activated, thus inducing leukemia.
2. Physical factors: If the patient is exposed to ionizing radiation for a long time, it will lead to gene mutations in hematopoietic cells, thus inducing leukemia.
3. Genetic factors: Some genetic changes involve certain transcription factors, leading to hematopoietic cell differentiation arrest or differentiation disorder, which will cause leukemia. Therefore, if there is a family history of leukemia, the risk of disease may be higher than that of the general population.
