Why is gout always recurring?

Restoring balance, one patient at a time.
Gout recurrence may be related to unreasonable diet, drug effects, trauma and other factors.
1. Unreasonable diet and large
consumption of high-purine foods, such as pig liver, pig heart, concentrated broth, sardines, anchovies, etc., purine can be metabolized into uric acid after entering the human body, which greatly increases the uric acid level in the body and induces gout attacks.
2. Drug effects
Recent application of cyclosporine, ethambutol, warfarin and other drugs can inhibit the ability of the kidney to excrete uric acid, leading to increased blood uric acid levels and inducing gout recurrence.
3. Traumatic
joint trauma may lead to local tissue damage, which may cause urate to fall off and induce gout attacks.
