How to check your breast during menstruation

Menstruation can be carefully examined by visual inspection, palpation, imaging examination if necessary.

1, visual inspection

women can stand in front of the mirror to observe the appearance of the breast is abnormal, including skin color and morphological changes, nipple depression.

2, palpation

women can start from the outside of the breast, gradually move inward in a circular motion. Check the whole breast and its surrounding tissues, including nipples and areola, can initially determine whether there are nodules.

3, imaging examination

women can be through ultrasound, MRI and other imaging examinations to observe whether there are abnormal breast lesions.
